# March 2026

> What changed in Swiss HR Easy in March 2026.

Swiss HR Easy is live in production, with the new *Zeugnismodul*, applicant onboarding and AI-assisted recruiting leading the month.

## Highlights

* **Work certificates, end to end.** Assess, set the *Grundton*, let AI draft the *Arbeitszeugnis*, then review, approve and export as DOCX or PDF.
* **Self-service onboarding.** New hires complete their *Personalstammblatt*, upload documents and sign contracts in the portal, triggered as a pipeline task.
* **AI application summaries.** Every application gets a summary and *Passung* score, shown as a list column with bulk generation and feedback.
* **Document workbench.** Read applicant PDFs, images and Word files inline and step through applications without losing your filters.
* **Hiring manager reports.** Managers get a daily or weekly email with their top applicants, only when something new arrived.

## Also new

* Pipeline stages reorder by drag and drop; moving a candidate lets you choose which automatic actions run.
* Closing a position can reject the remaining applicants in one step.
* Question templates gain free-text, range and date questions plus a reusable question library.
* One-click translation fills missing DE/EN/FR text in dialogs and position descriptions.
* Mailbox shows folder tabs and syncs inbox emails with attachments to matching applications.
* Employee profiles are editable in tabs, with an employment history timeline.
* Applicants can apply as guests without logging in; internal stage notes stay hidden in the portal.

## Fixes and polish

Magic-link logins now survive email security scanners, automatic stage tasks run reliably, the PDF viewer loads consistently, and access controls were tightened across contracts, tasks and data requests.
