April brings the Stellenmeldepflicht check into job postings, a new absence management area, quick candidate ratings, and a smoother recruiting pipeline.

Highlights

  • Stellenmeldepflicht built in. Positions carry an official AVAM occupation code; regulated roles are reported to the SECO Job-Room with a status timeline and lockout countdown.
  • New absence management. Record holidays, sickness and other absences, half-days included, approve requests from a pending inbox, and export yearly totals.
  • Quick candidate ratings. Rate applicants inline on the list or detail page with configurable schemes such as stars or thumbs.
  • Bulk rejection without closing. Send the remaining candidates a Sammelabsage while keeping the position open, optionally without an email.

Also new

  • KI-Vorschlag suggests matching occupation codes when creating or editing a position.
  • Position screen: collapsible sections remembered per user, plus Passung and Phase columns.
  • Move an application to any pipeline phase; terminal phases show a warning.
  • Personalised email tasks: HR fills in missing details and previews the message first.
  • Pin a default pipeline so the board opens directly.
  • The AI coach now draws on the page you are viewing.
  • Arbeitszeugnis notifications keep supervisors, HR and employees informed by email and in-app.
  • Staff change log on the employee History tab shows who changed what, and when.
  • Stronger access controls across the API and encrypted storage of Job-Room credentials.

Fixes and polish

Applicant search ignores letter case and no longer flickers, list filters persist after viewing an application, and the email preview dialog fits on screen. Rejections no longer send duplicate emails.
